"I was referred to you guys from a friend who was doing some work on my snowmobile. I needed quite a few different parts to get the job done, and on time for the season. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile, and immediately had 3 people (including Larry) looking over my list of parts. They each took the time to check the current stock, and made a detailed list as to what had to be ordered. I left with my first batch of parts as a happy first time customer, returned about a week later for my second batch of parts, and will continue to use Cycle Shack for all my parts, and hopefully a new sled in the near future. It's a bit of a drive from Whitesboro, but very much worth it after what I experienced on my first few visits.
In the world of retail, I am a firm believer that it is much more difficult to retain customers, that it is to get new customers. The people at the Cycle Shack shouldn't have any problem retaining their customers if this is how they treat everyone.
